Description
This test kit combines our Pro-Clean surface mould test pens for areas of visible mould, with our DIY air test plates, for any hidden moulds.
The kit contains 2 Pro-Clean swaps and 1 mould air test plate.
Suspected visible mould can easily be tested with the Pro-Clean swaps. You will swap the surface and get an answer within a few minutes. But visible mould could only be the top of the ice berg, hidden mould would still contaminate the indoor air and this is where you use our air test plates. You sample the air in the room and wait for 4 days for any captured mould spores to grow and then you count colonies.
Note that these kind of tests are indicators. they will tell you if you’re likely to have a problem. To find out what kind of mould or whether toxic spores may be present, our DNA test is more appropriate.

Note! The mould air test plate is made to order and cannot be returned. If the order hasn’t shipped we will of course refund any cancellations. It has a short use-by-date and must be used immediately.
