In the event the Customer changes their mind about performing our test, AGX Nordic will issue a refund for a portion of the purchase price, if the following conditions are met:
- The Customer must promptly notify AGX Nordic that they are returning the kit and do not wish for a sample to be analysed. Confirmation with AGX Nordic must be made in writing via email to info@agx-nordic.co.uk.
- The Mould/DNA test kit is returned to AGX Nordic unused, unopened, and complete with all accessories, in original packaging, at the customer’s expense.
- The Mould/DNA test kit is returned to AGX Nordic within 14 days of receipt.
If all the above conditions are met, AGX Nordic will issue a refund for the purchase price minus shipping cost and a £30 per order recertification charge.
Please note that we are not able to issue refunds once a sample has been analysed.
Please also note that orders cannot be cancelled for a full refund once shipment has been confirmed.
