Here you can provide information for up to five DNA tests you have carried out. The information will be included in the report, which is prepared and sent to you after the analysis has been completed at the laboratory.
You must enter the AG number for each individual test. This is the only way to match the information with your specific DNA test(s) when the report is being prepared. You can find the AG number on the protective tube of the DNA test.
Note: Only enter the digits – the prefix “AG” will be added automatically!
You should provide the date of the test. This serves as a reference if you have previously conducted a DNA test or plan to do another one in the future. It is also relevant if the test report is to be used as documentation.
You should also state the location where the sample was collected, e.g. “Bedroom doorframe”. This allows you to see where the sample was taken when reading the report.
Finally, you should provide the address, including postcode and town/city, where the test was conducted. Otherwise, the address you provided when ordering the test will be used.
Important: If tests have been carried out at multiple addresses and/or on different dates, you must use a separate information sheet for each address/test date. This is because the analysis report can only include one test address and one test date.
The analysis report will be sent to the email address you provided when purchasing the test. The report is typically sent 2–3 working days after the sample is received at the laboratory for analysis.
